Instruction to the Delegates

• The registrations will be accepted online through https://radiographers.org/register-ncsir-goa/
• Offline registrations will not be accepted.
• There will be no registration after 15^th October 2020. Only Spot registrations will be done through Cash.
• Confirmation of registrations will be sent by email to the given email id.
• Receipt of payments will be issued during the conference at the time of Registration.
• The Registration includes Conference Kit, Certificate, Eligible to attend all Scientific Sessions, Breakfast, Lunch & Complementary entry passes for Cultural Programme & Gala Dinner on 7^th November 2020.
• Cancellation of Registrations is allowed till 31^st October 2020, 100% registration fees will be refunded after the Conference. No refund for cancellation of registration after 1^st November 2020.
• The schedule of registrations will be followed strictly. No discussion will be entertained in this connection.
• Delegates should make their own travel arrangements.

Submission of Scientific Papers

• The delegates willing to present papers at the conference are requested to send their synopsis by e-mail on ‎srinivasulusirandas@gmail.com on or before 31 August 2020. Poster presentations are not accepted.
• The submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the expert committee and will be notified about the acceptance by e-mail. If accepted for oral presentation, the selected participants will be informed by 15 September 2020 to present the scientific paper/lecture in conference.
• Registration will be mandatory for every participant.

Accomodation Details

It is very difficult to get accommodation reserved at short notice at Goa. Delegates are requested to book the accommodation well in advance to avoid the inconvenience. 'Kamscon' has been given the official responsibility of booking accommodations / transportation & sight - seeing.
