Registration Process

Please read all the instruction properly

• New Candidates Fill the online SIR Life Membership Registration Form.
• Read the ByLaws and accept the Terms & Conditions.
• Upload Passport size photograph for Id card
• Upload Diploma or Degree Certificate in Radiology / Students can upload Institution Id card in place of Diploma or Degree
• Make online payment by Credit / Debit Card, Net Banking or UPI via PayUMoney.
• Online Receipt will be generated automatically once the payment is done successfully.
• Your Membership is granted in 2 to 3 weeks subject to your qualification and recognition of the certificate.

• Note:
  Online Transaction charges - 2.4% (Extra)
• Id card & Certificate issued to all registered membees in soft copy through email id, No hard copy will be issued.
• Your Membership is granted in 2 to 3 weeks subject to your qualification and recognition of the certificate.
